Project details:
We were approached by CBRE to tender for refurbishment works in Mulberry 2. for 2 ensuite bedrooms. A brief and scope document was shared by the Trust and CBRE. The project required a prompt turnaround of specification(s), pricing and planning so that the project could be undertaken as quickly as possible.
MJ Building Services received the instruction to carry out the works due to the relationship built with the FM team throughout the contract, as well as our flexibility and responsiveness in turning around the tender to meet their urgent needs.
Service Delivered:
Refurbishment of 2 ensuite bedrooms including the installation of a new walk-in shower, cap and cove flooring and decoration.
